These poorly translated English language T-shirts spotted In Asia are a hoot
Most of these, I assume, are translation fails, although in some cases it's hard to imagine what the intended translation was. This set is OK for work; there are more (some of which are NSFW) at Bored Panda.
You just have to love that man wearing that "vagina" T-shirt! I guess in Japan they have no idea what that English word is! Thanks for the laugh! Got my day off to a good start ...
When I see t-shirts or tattoos with Chinese or Japanese characters, I often wonder what they really say! I imagine that they might be pretty funny to people who know Chinese or Japanese!
I recall a Readers Digest anecdote about a knitter who knit a sweater and incorporated characters from a Chinese menu. Ran into someone who could read it, and it said "This dish is cheap but delicious."
