Illinois warns out-of-state firms to collect 'Amazon tax'

The law forces Internet retailers to collect Illinois' 6.25 percent sales tax on all purchases made in the state. The so-called "Amazon tax" won't affect the online giant because it has terminated its relationship with all in-state affiliates.
